Residence in great location

The residence is located a few steps from the town center but in a quiet area. The apartments directly overlook the sea giving a lovely view.
Cleanliness of the premises and common areas, courtesy of the owners are the main features.

Wonderful experience!

Excellent experience! We stayed at this property for two nights. Excellent location (very close to the village but absolutely quiet and peaceful), spectacular terrace with tables in the shade but also sun loungers and deck chairs in the sun. Superfunctional apartments (there is also well-functioning Wi-Fi!) and excellent cleaning. Owners very very kind! We will definitely be back!

We were guests of Mrs. Carmen for 4 days, the Welcoming was great. He gave us all the useful information to enjoy the best of the island.
The rooms were clean and well equipped.
Positive experience. Highly recommended also for its central but quiet location.

Strongly recommended to Ustica

I have just spent here two pleasant weeks at sea in complete freedom without sacrificing comfort
It is a beautiful all-white structure with orange colored profiles and niches with blue glazed ceramic vases, overlooking the sea and the port of Santa Maria where the Hydrofoil arrives
Few studios accessed from a balcony - corridor with sea view.
The space inside is large and bright, there is a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom, all well organized and clean
The gem is the large upper terrace organized in a veranda area -tables for breakfast and self-managed meals and the sun loungers area- deck chairs with umbrellas where there is also a small swimming pool
Here I relaxed or pampered several times or in the evening I enjoyed a romantic view of the harbor
The hosts Carmen and Vincenzo are welcoming and always generous in dispensing tips to enjoy the best of the island
Honestly I find it an excellent solution in Ustica

I found seriousness, helpfulness and kindness

Everything perfect, from the kindness of the owners, to the room equipped with everything, the only advice is to find in the fridge a few bottles of fresh water to customers
