The receptionists are all super helpful and patient to all our questions. The included breakfast is so good, always looking forward to it. We paid extra for dinner as well and it was the best decision, food was very upscale and delicious. The salad bar for dinner was just awesome, loved all the options provided. The bar was just as good, we always show up and ask the bartender(Alexandra) to surprise us with drinks and never has he disappoint once.

Absolutely recommended

A top experience at this hotel for several years now. The manager is a passionate perfectionist. He knows every guest personally and ensures they are satisfied. The food is very good, creative, and well-presented. Every day feels like a surprising culinary journey. The activities organized by the entertainment team are very pleasant and easy to participate in. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel

The hotel is located in the northern part of the Dolomites, not far from Lago di Braies. We stayed in a suite with a bath inside the room. Parking was in the underground garage. The room was very large, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was on the ground floor, and has a terrace and beautiful grounds, with great sunset and morning views. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was part of the deal. You can request them to decrease the time between the portions. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooftop pool isn't very big, but the views are great, and the water was quite warm. Each morning they request to choose dinner (there aren't many choices), but they accommodate last-minute changes if possible. We didn't like the bathroom sink being in the room (noisy when used at night). It's pretty, but the bathroom is very large (and empty), and the sink would be more functional there

Fantastic hotel

A very nice hotel where everything is right, the food is fantastic, the staff very friendly, everything is clean and fresh and you get on the bus to the ski slope right outside the door

Holiday to remember

Very nice hotel, cozy and clean. Great food and very interesting area for those who want to ski and learn
