Great stay in Venice

We stayed here for 3 nights & were well pleased with the size, cleanliness and location of the apartment, was easy to find from the guglie water-taxi stop, is located in a quiet area in town but only a 5 minute walk into the main area, some great local restaurants nearby too, would stay here again if visiting Venice, thanks Gabriella for making us feel welcome.

Don't book with this people.

I really can't recommend this location because we were quite duped by the owners of this apartment. During a holiday in Northern Italy with our children, we had booked this apartment for an overnight stay , a few months earlier. The evening before we were to leave for Venice, we received 2 emails, both reporting that our overnight stay here had been cancelled. One message was from the morning and the other from the evening, one message stating that renovation was the reason and the other message giving overbooking as the reason. We had to arrange another overnight stay for the 2 evenings and that within 12 hours. Don't do business with these people

Beautiful place. Tranquil after a busy day sightseeing.

Fantastic apartment. We had the one with the private roof terrace. An added bonus. Very good area, lots of local bars, and restaurants with great atmosphere and history.
You won’t be disappointed. Great historical building.

Good but expensive

1- Clean & beautiful but expensive
2- Weak airconditioner according to area
3- Awful staff (more precisely an angry man)
4- Near city center and boat station but in poor neighborhood
Totally if you dont care about the cost, it is recommended!

Comfortable, well situated, helpful

Lives up to its Trip Advisor reviews. I give top rating to the people, who are delightful, friendly and helpful. Our room was fine if nothing special, though we had a view of the Grand Canal from our balcony. Breakfast was good, and constantly available tea and coffee a bonus. The location is good, close to San Stae Alilaguna and vaporetto stop, 10 minutes from the Rialto, and there are good restaurants nearby.
