Proprietario gentilissimo mi ha accolto con un preavviso di 30minuti alle 21:00.
Tutto regolare, camera pulita, bagno pulito.
Non mi è stata offerta la colazione non credo sia nella prenotazione base.

Horrible.
Horrible place shared bathroom with other rooms, when I saw the crap where I had happened and after paying for the night I went to another hotel and in the morning I brought back the keys. I don't recommend it to anyone even my worst enemy

Visit for work
Dilapidated building, the rooms are loculi, not to mention the shared bathroom on the entire floor! Dear the price for the service offered, bad even the owner, I highly recommend it. Only positive note quite comfortable in the center. Per il resto fa dimenticare!!!!

I wouldn't recommend it
I don't recommend it, terrible room, it's not clean, it smells of onion, extremely soft beds and pillows.
The husband is nice.
The wife did not welcome us in the best way.
We would also like more towels.

Nice owners, good location
The location is really good, because it's just three minutes walk from the tram that takes you to Venice. There is also a big store really close, where you can buy food and other things. The owners were really nice, they answered all our questions and we were surprised by breakfast. We expected just some coffee and a store bought croissant, but we got bread, butter, honey, yoghurt, eggs, cereal, coffee and cocoa for the kids.
The room was nothing special, but we didn't expect a five star hotel. It was clean and that is the most important (it was also quite big, which is also great, because there were four of us staying there).
