Quiet and clean area 15 minutes from Venice

A clean, secure, and air-conditioned family hotel in a great location — the bus to Venice stops right out front.
5 mns walking from "mestre stazion" and shops are just a short walk away.
Monica and Mauro are wonderful—welcoming, friendly, always available, and attentive; they provide all the information needed for a pleasant stay.
A huge thank you for everything...
I'd happily come back :)

the room and surrounding areas are all very clean and quiet..bus to venice and airport are across the street..nearby places to eat..ao very convenient.. fridge and coffee machine in main area..Mauro was very helpful and friendly

Fantastic place would definitely recommend. Bus to Venice 1 min walk away and Train Station 5 minutes if you want to leave Venice for a day trip.
Family who ran are incredibly friendly and they take very good care of the place. Can easily recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay.

I walked into a room that was for a family with children, as it was the last one I could book when I booked it.
I was so thrilled as it was spacious and had a wonderful comfortable large bed all for me!
I told the inn keeper that if someone came along and they needed that room I would take a smaller one just to give them that option?
They did not need to but the smaller rooms would have been fine. Lovely light big rooms and I slept like a baby. The bathroom was also spacious!
