Ninfea is a lovely small boutique hotel in an ideal location. Family run and do lovely - Ninfea was a delightful place to stay.

An Absolute Gem in Venice – Exceptional Service & Perfect Location!
Our stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we booked, the communication was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the arrival process seamless.
When we arrived, we were warmly met at the door and treated to a refreshing cool drink in their lovely, relaxing seating area—a perfect welcome after traveling. The rooms are immaculately clean, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, offering a great night's sleep.
The location is unbeatable. It is within easy walking distance to several water bus (vaporetto) docks, as well as numerous squares. Best of all, it’s just a short walk to St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco). If you are visiting, you absolutely must see St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace—both are incredibly interesting and rich in
Venice requires a lot of walking, and there are many bridges to cross, so bring top-rated walking shoes! Note that no wheeled vehicles are allowed in the city.
At the property itself, there is an elevator used strictly for moving luggage, but guests will need to take the stairs up to the suites, which do not have a handrail.
There is no breakfast offered on-site, but you are steps away from great local spots.
What truly set this boutique hotel apart was the unparalleled hospitality. Upon checkout, the hotel concierge actually walked us all the way to our dock and helped handle some of our luggage. That level of care and personal service is rare and made our departure stress-free.
We cannot recommend Ninfea Luxury Suites enough and would absolutely stay here again!

I highly recommend. Great location, clean, comfortable bed, towels, pillows. Lovely amenities and well lit. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would stay again if have the opportunity.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful Venice
Fantastic location for a first trip to Venice. Elia was so helpful in arranging transport for us & providing us with lots of great advice & restaurant recommendations to make our stay really special. We stayed in the Mimosa room which really had the wow factor, but not the most practical lay out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again (maybe in a different room) as it was spotlessly clean, in a great location & staff really did go above & beyond to ensure you had a fantastic stay.
