SHAME ON YOU
THE PRESENCE OF THE BEACH PUMP TO INFLATE MATTRESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MATTRESS WHERE I AM FORCED TO SLEEP IS THE MOST UNPLEASANT ELEMENT AFTER PAYING A VERY HIGH AMOUNT TO STAY IN VERONA.
A SHAME FOR THE ENTIRE CITY

Lacking
Window that would not open
Towels used and rolled in the bathroom
Free of detergents such as shampoo, shower gel and soaps.
Even the hairdryer was missing!!!
We had to call the Lady twice to represent these shortcomings and after half an hour she brought us the necessary.
Well located but definitely to organize better.
