Wonderful stay

We stayed this year at this small, splendid Relais in the historic center of Verona.
What can we say?
Everything was spectacular.
We travel all over the world, but we hadn't seen such an excellent service, the warm welcoming, the helpfulness and the professionalism of the young, beautiful, smiling and sweetiest receptionist named Kristina for a long long time.
The breakfast was also delicious tooooo, inaf for only 6 rooms.
We have to thank her for everything.
We'll be back.
(If you have the chance to come to Verona, please book directly with them and be sure to enjoy the view of Juliet’s balcony.)

If you are looing for a cozy, well maintained apartment with the aura of the city, in a prime location and with a very sweet and cheerful service, you will find it all here! Amazing hosts, nice breakfast and outstanding venue 👌 😀

This hotel was amazing, the location was stunning, central to everything in Verona. There was no need to buy tickets for the Giulietta balcony, as the rooms have the best view of it.
The staff here were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them and they knew Verona very well for recommendations on travel and local sights. The room was clean and the amenities were great, in particular, the shower and bed were excellent. Thank you guys, for a lovely stay... When we come back to Verona, we'll definitely come back here.

Location is perfect and it really does have great views of Juliet’s balcony from communal area as well as rooms. Staff were brilliant, so helpful and accommodating. It was clean, a nice breakfast offering and had everything you need for a visit to Verona.
