Tranquility, silence...

We stayed at this agriturismo for a weekend. It is not easy to reach, even with a GPS...but then you appreciate it. Large room, with a balcony, bathroom with shower and tub, there is no air conditioning or safe. A bit of maintenance would be appreciated. Many green spaces available, pool, parking. Good restaurant with very honest prices. There is a lack of a bar to spend the evening. There is really nothing else to do but relax. Surrounded by total greenery. Beautiful. Some summer insects...

Great potential not yet fully exploited!

Very lovely place in the hills, kind staff, but various things could be improved: there is no air conditioning in the restaurant, the poor light in the garden prevents enjoying a summer after-dinner outdoors, the dinner is too modest, breakfast lacks the special features expected from a farmhouse, there is no air conditioning in the rooms or working fans of a certain power.
The pool area is beautiful, however, the absence of umbrellas and shaded areas is felt despite the large space available.

Family apartment worn and broken. No help from the owners. Afterwards they lie and treat us badly. Not worth visiting.

Dissatisfied.I would not recommend it.

Dishes without care and flavors.Not to mention the main courses,immangiabili.consiglia to sign Alessandro to take more care.

Very hot and little courtesy

We had lunch on the day of August with the family.
The food was good, the waitresses came by to ask if we wanted an encore (very welcome) and so far nothing to say, the first flaw is that in the mixed grill of the menu, there were only 1 piece of sausage and 1 piece of rib. After we pointed out that it was a bit paltry as a portion, we got the other meat I would say very good. (Too bad I had to ask)
It was hot because there was no air conditioning in the room we really struggled not to sweat and not to fan ourselves. Nowadays it is taken for granted that now all the rooms have air conditioning... but....
never take anything for granted.
Since there was the pool we thought that maybe we could cool off after lunch, actually the pool was for the exclusive use of those staying in the rooms (not correct as far as I am concerned but understandable).
We found out after the rude owner told five- and six-year-old girls as well as a heart patient to get out of the pool.
Everything is fine now, but treating people regardless of age, in the way we have been treated, I just don’t accept it!
We certainly did not travel 120 km round trip to be treated like animals, education and respect for others goes beyond the role you have, especially if you talk about a farm where you expect friendliness, Welcoming and a serene climate.
Having said that, we subsequently pointed it out to the owner that after having reasoned with her, she apologized and for this she gave us 2 bottles of prosecco. Ok we accepted the excuses but mine is meant to be a reflection to improve the Service, because it would be wasted to get lost for a little more education since the food is good, and the place deserves (with air conditioning, however, because it is too hot).
Despite the excuses, we will not return to this farm: a real farm should stand out for hospitality Welcoming and genuineness, here instead we found meager portions, mediocre Service and little attention to the customer.
