Our experience was in essence enhanced by her indefatigable attention to us.
Recently my wife Margaret and I had the need to find accommodation in Tuscany to attend a family wedding in Volterra.
We were able to have what turned out to be a sublime experience for us to both enjoy and be able to spend time together in such a beautiful location made even more so by our host Silvia.
Fro the moment we arrived until we left she selflessly applied herself to make our stay extremely comfortable accomodating each and every need and request promptly and effortlessly.
She was the personification of hospitality with effervescent personality and her attention to our needs. Her just due is unstinted praise.
We left so grateful to have stayed in such a warm and comfortable home that was very much appreciated by us for the privilege that we felt to be her guests.
We unreservedly recommend it to anyone seeking accommodation.

Absolutely in need of improvement
Structure with great potential but decidedly different from the photographic material sent and found on the site, the underlying parts of the various accommodations and located in the courtyard would be to be finished, located at the foot of a hill with less light than the farms located on top of that kind of hills, a lot of land instead of greenery, in our apartment no telephone line, no Internet because (saying from the management) evidently the starlink they placed that day did not work very well (you could not even call with whatsapp). Not too close to the center of Volterra. Adequate space for 4-legged friends and very courteous host.

The welcome and 'indisputable , Sylvia and' a kind person smiling
and available . However I expected a “different” apartment for the amount paid. 279€ for two nights without breakfast.
The air conditioning was in a position that could not cool the accommodation decently, the room did not even arrive , we were very hot! When we arrived the fridge was off and we didn’t find even a bottle of water , which we would rather pay for ... given the heat and thirst after the trip.
In the kitchen there was not even a napkin/scottex , in the bathroom only hand soap , no courtesy kit .
Table outside in the full sun , there was neither a tent nor an umbrella completely unusable even for breakfast . They describe private garden but ditto is in the sun without a table , a sofa , a chair , basically it is fine to leave the car.
I gave it 4 stars because Silvia was really nice and I do not feel like lowering the average , probably the other apartments will be better , I do not know . but said sincerely for almost 300 € in hindsight , I would have gone elsewhere .

Ideal place for a pleasant holiday
The ideal place for a pleasant holiday in Tuscany. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean apartments, but above all, a truly hospitable and impeccable welcome. If you want to live an authentic experience immersed in Tuscan culture and nature this is the right place. I would recommend anyone to come here! We will definitely be back :)

a little peace to disconnect
beautiful place in the silence and greenery, suitable if you have dogs and children due to the availability of "private" outdoor spaces. The very kind owner welcomed us, offering us any service and with great availability. Nice, clean and well furnished apartment. We all had a great time!!
