Five Villas Almaty is worse than garbage!

We checked into Five villas hotel on August 30 2025. We had booked a 3 bedded air conditioned room with balcony, but instead of air conditioned room, we were offered room with table fans and no balcony. The room was really really dirty and stinking. The bathroom smelled like it was not cleaned since years! I have never visited such a dirty and stinking property in my entire life ! We requested the owner to change our room, but he was very arrogant and insulted us. Finally with no other option left, we checked out of the property same day, losing a lot of money because of this horrible ordeal! I beg traveller community - if need be - please sleep on roads, pavements of Almaty - but do not book into Five villas Almaty. It is a scam, not a hotel !
