Cool Place!

Stayed here for a friends wedding in Eldoret. Nice place in the area with great staff. I hung out with the owner and staff a bit and they were all super friendly and outgoing. Provided great recommendations on things to do and helped me out with some errands. Water pressure is a little low compared to what I’m use to but — first world problems. Would defiantly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Felt at home

The guest house is not far from town, matatus can be found opposite hotel horizon in town and you alight at a stage called peris in kimumu area, the guest house is not far from the stage. During my stay a gentleman called Peter made sure that I had a comfortable stay, the meals were great and I enjoyed the time I spent there.

Lovely place in Eldoret

Meg's guest house lives up to the great reviews. Service was excellent. Got picked up from town and taken to the guest house which was only 10 minutes away. Beautiful grounds in a quiet, calm and safe location. Staff were friendly and willing to help. The food was freshly cooked and tasty. Overall, great value for money. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Eldoret.

Great place!

Great place for family. We spent the easter weekend there and it was great. The children loved the place. Great staff too. Very friendly. Very clean guest house and lovely grounds. The meals well cooked.

Meg's pristine guesthouse

I came here after a recommendation by the University of Eldoret when I did my master thesis there, and it was a very positive experience because of the friendly staff, with a very quiet and peaceful (and secure) location just outside of Eldoret. It is a very nice compound, with excellent African food ( try the chicken) for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and there is free wifi. Most English football games can be viewed in a tent on a big screen or in the room on the television. When I go back to Kenya I will surely stay in Meg's again, and I can recommend it to everyone.
