Unforgettable experience at Novotel.

It was Father's Day and the experience was amazing. The dedicated kids playing area made our work as parents easy as we were enjoying the cuisine uninterrupted while the little ones we having fun of the of their life. Gemma restaurant has the best live cooking experience, and this is an hotel I will visit any day.

Unacceptable health standards, poor management response, and billing errors.Our recent stay was highly disappointing due to severe utility failures and poor customer service. Upon check-in, we found that all the running water in our room (sink, shower, and toilet) was bright yellow and completely unusable. Despite explaining that I have highly sensitive skin, management dismissed our concerns and insisted the water was safe. A secondary room offered to us suffered from the exact same building-wide issue.When we requested alternative clean water to wash with, staff initially sent up two buckets of the same yellow water. It took multiple phone calls and over an hour and a half for actual clean water to arrive. Management promised to meet with us the following morning to address the situation, but they completely failed to show up at check-out.On top of this, a pre-arranged room surprise was ruined when a staff member carelessly revealed it to us at the front desk, and we were subsequently double-charged for it on our bill. I strongly advise looking elsewhere until this property resolves its infrastructure, billing accuracy, and guest safety standards.

Very friendly and hardworking staff at Novotel

Morvine at Novotel is exceptional! From the moment I arrived, she made sure I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guests' needs. Her attention to detail and hard work really show in everything she does. Morvine is truly thorough in her job and goes above and beyond to make guest experiences special. Location, quality and service. A+ to the property on all these dimensions, whether you choose to stay with family or traveling for work. Had a memorable stay.
Breakfast at Gemma’s, dinner at Trunk and Tandoor were both fantastic. Dinner at Gemma’s could’ve been better.
