Great find!

We stayed 4 nights in the studio apartment. This was very modern and clean with a small kitchen area and overlooked the main square in the old town. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and was light and spacious . The bar below served lovely food and we were especially lucky to have great weather for our stay and were able to eat in many if the fab outdoor restaurants in the old town. We needed breakfast early a few mornings( they didn’t serve until 10am) and were offered complimentary buffet breakfast at Ogle bar nearby instead which was as great! The old town had a very relaxing feel with a lot of live music in the various squares. A really enjoyable stay- thank you

Way to noise with kids

We are still here, and we would wish we can leave this noisy place. When we booked it, we asked of it was quit becouse we have childeren in the age of 1 and 3. That’s why we choose appartments and no hotel. We can not go somewhere in the evening. Our room is moving becouse of the live music down in the restaurant and our childeren have no choice to stay awake untill 23.00 you can imagine that this is not an holiday. the gurtans do let light come in, verry bad when there are so maby streetlights. No sleep means no holliday.
Becouse of the december hollidays we have no choise than to stay, we will be glad to go back home. I still hope that for the rest of the days the hotel can fix the live music. For sure in summer you can not sleep at all. Its noisy outside and there is no aircondition.

Apartment

Fantastic central location in old town. Modern and spacious apartments. Loved the decor. Everything spotlessly clean (except the extractor fan!) good shower but takes a while to get hot. The most comfortable bed - so big too. 20% off good in some nearby restaurants and breakfast in a restaurant called Ogle’s. Basic breakfast but just enough. Fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

Central location, nice appartment, can get noisy

We stayed for two nights in this centrally located appartment. It's well equipped although we didn't use the kitchen much. The appartment was clean, people friendly and the breakfast in belonging restaurant decent. Since it's located at a central square with loads of tourists it can get loud although windows have good isolation. Only issue might be construction going on directly on opposite building (about 4 meters away). But we didn't stay home so not sure if it's annoying. By the way, the beds (matraces) were great.

Well located

Right in the heart of the old town, these apartments are very well located for exploring the city of Riga. The short distance to the train station also makes it easy to go for day trips to Jurmala beach for instance.
Breakfast could be taken in either the restaurant below with the same name. They offer Omelette, waffles or sandwiches from the menu. Or you could also go around the corner to The Ogle Bar where they offer a buffet for breakfast which we appreciated more.
The music can get a bit noisy at night but the windows are well isolating.
Bath room and actually the whole apartment are very nice and modern. The kitchen is ideal to prepare something quickly.
The beds are big and comfortable (not too soft).
