Everything I needed
Very big nice and clean bedroom. Breakfast was absolutely enough to have a good start. The stuff was really friendly. There is a good bus/trolley bus connection with the city center. A shopping center is nearby.

You pay for What you get
A nice hotel for the price they charge. I traveled from NYC to visit my parents who live in Latvia. I didn't want to stay in in the center of the city because I was driving and hotel provides parking for free/included. This location is not for travelers who want to live close to historical central, Old Riga. On the weekends the hotel has private parties, be aware were is your room located if it is above main entrance you will feel the secondhand smoke from smokers below, if it will be above café, on the weekend you will have party all night long. The windows are not soundproof so you may hear the sound of the street. Hotel is located in a quite neighborhood so it might not disturb you too much. The stuff is very nice, the breakfast is basic, but very nice too.

Beautiful and big bedroom
This place is really nice, not in the city center, but close enough. Our room was huge, with comfy bed. Bathroom ok. Everything net and clean. The only one thing I would change are breakfasts, really poor quality cereals, jam ets. BUT despite the brekkie, next time in Riga, I'll be back Felicia :)

Good for one night
The location is a bit far from the city center, but the bus stop is very close and it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach downtown.There is free parking in the courtyard.
The room was large with airconditioning which was not needed during my stay. The bathroom was clean and well planned.
The staff did their job well enough. The breakfast was very good and the cook/waitress was very attentive.

Good hotel
I went to Riga for business, and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very cozy, rooms are (at least our room) was large enough, also had an extensible couch. Very comfy bed. Cleaning was done once every 2 days or upon request. LCD TV with sattelite, Free Wifi and lots of toiletries. Minibar with... decent prices (however, there are 2 hypermarkets across the street where you can buy lots of stuff cheaper).
The buffet breakfast was pretty decent, but the same every day, the only difference was that one day you were having scrambled eggs and the next day fried eggs. Not an inconvenient, though.
The staff was very kind and helpful, we were asking all sorts of questions about Riga and what to visit, how to get there, etc, and they were glad to help out.
However, i could point out 2 minuses:
1. The hotel is quite far from the city center, around 20-30 minutes by bus (the bus station is in front of the hotel) so unless you have business in that area, it could be a bit tiresome to go to the city center every day.
2. The hotel's restaurant holds parties on Fridays and Saturdays (wedding parties, baptism parties, etc) and it can be a bit noisy if you plan to go to bed early or if your room is right above the banquet hall. The music stops around 12:00 so it's no problem if you're going to bed later on.
Anyway, all in all, it was a nice experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan a visit to Riga, plus i would stay here again if i were to visit Riga again.
