Comfort, friendliness and professionalism

I stayed in a studio room during the month of November and highly recommend this property! The staff is professional, friendly and attentive to the well-being of guests. The cuisine is excellent and the services offered make your stay particularly pleasant. It feels like home, and that’s why I’m going back to La Maison on my next trip.”

Disappointement

Extremly disappointed with the food served. There is absolutely no hygiene when cooking the food in the restaurant besides the pool. The fries smell like fish,none of the ingredients feel fresh, and I even saw the chef drop food on the floor and serve it as if nothing happened. Terrible experience, this type of service shouldn't be a paid service since it shouldn't even be given to humans. Please do better, you have so much potential.

Very few staff members were helpful. Often giving incorrect change, stating incorrect prices of food on the menu, overcharging, etc. The first room we were put in was not at all what was shown on the booking and we had to ask twice to change rooms. AC in room only works part of the time and you have to get up in the night to turn it on again and again. Hotel states it has a free breakfast buffet but it was only available two of the days we stayed (we were there for a week). Restaurant is not good, often out of many things. It’s an issue to get a plastic cup or a takeaway container, even though they have them, they didn’t want to provide them to us. More than once did the restaurant charge us incorrectly as well as gave incorrect change. It became to the point where it seemed like a scam. The pool is open to the public so it’s often crowded and it’s only open until 6 pm which was really disappointing.

This is a nice hotel but it seems to be on a budget that is passed on to the customer. There are only the basics and sometimes those are limited or missing (ie toilet paper, towels etc). If you ask they will bring it but you always have to ask. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet but that was discontinued.We were often overcharged for items in the restaurant and if you want a good glass of wine that won’t happen. They were often “out off things”. I do believe it is a product of the lack of tourism due to the war. That being said the pool facilities are beautiful.
