Beautiful hotel

It is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. Excellent cleanliness, their treatment is very tasteful, and the food is really beautiful and tastes beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

Bof! Old and neglected.

Very disappointing and neglected in terms of cleanliness. We had stayed at this property 3 years ago and the hotel was simple but very nice and well placed. This year together disappointing and neglected. Noise with inefficient insulation that lets through all the street noise. The biggest problem is cleanliness, not clean mirror, traces on the mixer, double curtains stained and crumpled, filthy carpet full of stains in the hallway. No desk in the bedroom or cup in the bathroom. Only the bedding was spotless, we must admit. Another unpleasant surprise: the room booked and paid for on site at the reception was charged 85 dollars while on the same day it was 55 on Booking or other online booking sites and this price is approximately that of all equivalent hotels in the Hamra area. Big scam, it's better not to take the room directly.. The third night was booked on Booking this time, 62 dollars. However, at the time of payment, only the cash payment authorized the $62 announced by Booking..! By paying by card, it is necessary to add 4 euros per night! It is allowed in Lebanon, but it still changes the amount of the night
In short, a disappointing, obsolete set of approximate cleanliness.
It is not catastrophic but it is very mediocre and for this price we have much better all around.
I would not recommend it.

Bad experience in Casa D’or hotel Beirut

The hotel is very poor for the following points:
- the breakfast is a very poor contain few items
- The electric power was cut off several times due to a technical fault, and the reciprocation promised to send the technician , but this did not happen.

Good hotel

The hotel was not so bad not so good it very poor in breakfast also they didn’t give us extra water or coffee just one per day also they tried to help us but they usually fail in this because of the poor service but they almost try which is good thing

5 nights at this great hotel

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel has a perfect location right in the middle of Hamra.
The breakfast was delicious and the rooms very comfortable. There is a supermarket just around the corner and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Corniche.
