Room are clean. Staff are all good. Location strategic to Mall. Overall very convenient to stay.

Rudeness receptionist

Reaching from long journey KL- AS after night shift very tired. Approached counter just wanted to check any possibality to do early c/in at that time around 1.30-1.45pm ish. Shahida was at the counter sitting . W/out greeting , no smile and not in good gesture of facial when received me. She straightly told me Unable to do early c/in and i asked her if im able to register , she declined and said unable to to register due to room VD! Well u were talking to a manager who is working in 5 star hotel. There is always has SOP apply. Not even offer assistance to keep it my belogings first and so.
No further assistance u were not enough being hotelier. Around midnight 12.35-12.45am i dropped again to counter Fuller to inform i still remain with my decision to cancel my stay and get fully refund because of the attitude Shahida . She made me w/out hesitate to decide not to stay at Fuller. Please get your higher lever manager to speak to me contact me to discuss. Ill passed message earlier to the night shift staff a guy, for the manager on duty to contact me. I was not happy with what im encounter with Shahida so Fuller should compesate me.

Staff is friendly. Room is acceptable. The ventilation is pretty loud. love that there is an underground carpark which make it feels safer. The carpark is tight, so drive carefully

Alor Star Visit 5/7/25 - 7/7/25

Upon check in we are welcome and greet by a polite reception.l.and this give is a feeling of warmth and very welcoming. Reception is very helpful and answers to our inquiries. It takes less than 10 minutes for us to get our room.
Entering the room, we noticed that the cleanliness is acceptable with basic things ready for us. Air-conditioning is acceptable cool.
The room pricing is also acceptable.
Parking is very convenient with basement parking too.
Good location. Nearby to everything
Thank you for the hospitality!!

It's the worst ever hotel . It's not worth it for money. Blanket dirty , water chokage . Towel so dirty
