Love the spaciousness of the balcony and tub which I enjoyed thoroughly on both days I stayed. Room has all the needed amenities (which I used) like mini fridge, working desk, safe and comfortable bed. Would appreciate more TV channels though. Generally clean except the bathroom needs to be slightly better maintained. Parking is ample with easy access to the hotel and rooms. Would be back if around the area.

Poor upkeep

We booked two rooms for our stay, namely the Paris Suite and Zurich Suite. Unfortunately, our experience started on a disappointing note. Although we arrived after the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, only the Paris Suite was ready. We were informed that the Zurich Suite was still not prepared and had to wait approximately another 30 minutes before we could access the room. While the front desk offered a late check-out for the following day or a complimentary one-hour KTV session as compensation, these gestures missed the point. Guests should reasonably expect that rooms will be ready at the stated check-in time, especially when reservations have been made in advance.
The suites themselves were spacious, which was one of the few positive aspects of our stay. However, both rooms, particularly the Zurich Suite, were poorly maintained and showed obvious signs of wear and neglect. The towels provided had holes in them, sections of the wallpaper were torn, and the tabletop was damaged. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been addressed long ago.
Given the room rates charged, the overall condition and quality of the accommodation were extremely disappointing. For the amount we paid, we could easily have stayed at a reputable five-star hotel offering significantly better facilities, maintenance standards, and service quality.
Overall, while the rooms were large, the delayed room readiness, poor upkeep, and lack of value for money left us dissatisfied with our stay. We do not feel that the hotel delivers a standard commensurate with its pricing and would not consider returning.

Good location, big rooms, high ceiling, there is no question and no competition which decent hotel to stay in when in Kluang, aircon is abit weird with its settings but overall very nice and clean beds
