Really had a bad experience with this hotel eventhough the receptionist was humble. No proper facilities as per advertised, TV channels wasn't working for few months and not resolved. Request for room service in the morning but it wasn't cleaned until late evening(end up we escalate). The most disappointing is TRIP agent not being helpful. We request for second day booking cancellation but they lied to us that accommodation provider didn't accept, in fact they were not contacted at all. So disgraceful to customer.

The booking was made for deluxe king room however they give me the queen room (level 1 room 13). They are not informing me at all, I'm only realize when entering the room and notice that the bed provided is a queen size. The staff not helping at all to solve the problem, they keep give unacceptable reason which win on their side. The toilet wall too dirty because not doing scrubbing, toilet bowl cover is broken but only fix with the tape, kettle not functioning, old bed sheets and the worst part is they are not informing that all room actually don't have TV channel, what the purpose to have TV in the room but not functioning at all! This hotel is not well maintained, the worst 1 night for my short vacay.

The bedsheets and pillow was very dirty. It seem like they don’t change and wash it after customer check out. Location is more malay food. 20minutes to jonker walk. Aircond is cold enough.

New but dirty

1. Thought the room was clean until i saw there's quite an amount of brownish, melted powder stain on the floor beside the bed, tried to wipe off some with wet tissue to make sure it can be cleaned, called reception to ask for room change, they send me the housekeeping instead saying the room is fully booked. 5 mins later a guy came and ask with unfriendly tone(like i made a complain randomly?) and wipe off with a mop, but intended to leave when it's still 30% stain on the floor, i told him it's still dirty can't you see? only he made some more effort to clean. Oh btw, he never take off his slipper while cleaning, and there's no indoor slipper provided.
2. Put my mobile on the bedside cabinet, and feel powered/ dusty on the phone case
2. Stains on the blanket
3. Dirty inside toilet bowl
4. Aircon controller is not working
5. Bad soundproof, can hear sounds from the room beside and corridor
Stayed in the standard queen room for RM94/night, 10 mins drive to Jonker Street, there are much more choices out there.
Front desk attitude was fine though.
