Excellent Customer Service from a very clean new hotel

The hotel location was ideal - close to the river, in Little India not far from the touristy spots. Customer service was excellent. I had a snafu with my hotel booking and it was very amicably resolved by staff and the lady boss, who even called me to assure all is well. Very personalised service. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Being a 1+ years hotel everything was clean and nice including bed sheets etc and bathroom. Hotel has a queer lift (not the traditional one) but served the purpose very well - very suited for wheelchairs. Only inconvenience I had though small was the location of the wash basin outside the bathroom. It could have been just outside the bathroom door. It wasnt a big deal. Air conditioning worked well and the water pressure was good. I will be back on my annual trip in a year's time.

Great first night choice!

The hotel is newish and well-placed: A few steps from the riverside and in the heart of Little India! It was a good place to start exploring the northern portion of the heritage area. I went for the spacious corner room with a balcony on the second floor. The elevator was an industrial type found in a separate entrance next to an Indian flower shop! The wifi was strong and the big flat TV had a good channel selection. There was no refrigerator, but a hot/cold water dispenser was available in the hallway. The bathroom was huge with the necessary toiletries provided. The entire floor became wet though when I showered. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasant overnight stay!

Best value of Money, pleasant stay, nice amenities..

This is Vivek, during my visit to Malaysia , Langkawai and Mallaka in October v2018 end, I stayed in Hotel Mill Road v at Malleka, it was really awsm stay, at par on my expectations, having all necessary amenities of a class category in a budget price.
I am much thankful to supervisor Mr.James, who is a real gem in this hotel, he briefed me about my travel plans ,what to explore nd how to find in Malleka etc.
I am sure those who visit this hotel would never face a regret on their decision, it is located at prime location and in front of Sarvanna Bhawan, you can roam near by and have chunky delicious food at very reasonable price in Sarvanna Bhawan.
Hope similar service in future from this hotel.

Convenient

Basic accommodation but suited all our needs. Great for an over night stay, close to Jonker Street - walking distance. Very clean, fantastic price, friendly and helpful staff, especially James. Good security. Street noise until late evening is quite loud and probably not suitable for a long stay

Hotel rekomanded utk di Melaka beberapa hari. Lokasi sangat Strategis. Namun agak kurang bersih. Dan Fasilitasnya sangat Minim sekali. Terutama utk Air Mineral tidak di sediakan dalam Botol Baru. Tapi harus ngambil di Lorong Kamar lewat Dispenser. Tidak menyediakan sarapan Pagi.
