First experience staying in a capsule hostel

I booked a trip to Malacca during the Chinese New Year period and decided to experience a stay in a capsule hostel.
Surprisingly, the capsule is very clean and comfy. Air con temperature works just right for me.
Sharing toilets are very clean too. The staff at the hostel cleans it everyday. They did a great job. Kuddos to them for their hard work.
There is a little "drawback" here as it is during CNY period, the pub down the hostel played very loud music at night.
I love the cafe down the hostel. They serve nice yummy food and their coffee too.
I was there almost everyday for my meals. Stay with me Capsules Hostel is indeed a good location and even the walking distance from the hostel to Jonker street is very short.
Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and definitely be back soon.

It's ok, kinda

Location is not bad but not that good either. All pods are upstairs with no lift. My pod stunk of cheap men's cologne. Pillow case was stained. The sleep button in my pod didn't work so there was a lot of light pollution. Towel/bathroom pack is an extra myr5. Really bad internet. Can only access from downstairs. Pod Aircon is set at 24C. I come from sub zero climate so I found this uncomfortably warm, which makes for a bad sleep. Pics on booking page are true, but electric bikes are not available. A bar 2 doors down has live bands but hotel provided ear plugs. TV has a myr50 deposit but I couldn't get it to work. Bathroom is clean. Premises are clean. Joanne, the manager is friendly. Food close by is limited but good, although probably more than what a lot of backpackers want to spend. I'd like to rate this higher but as a solo traveller, internet access is everything.

主要是让家人体验睡在太空舱，感觉新鲜。太空舱里面的电视荧幕是假的，基本上就是睡觉，没有娱乐。
