Dirty and poorly maintained hotel

We spent 5 nights in this hotel.
As soon as we arrived, we asked to change the sheets, because they were dirty and notably contained hair.
The reception was very sad. We are also asked to pay a deposit for the towels, even though they are in a very deplorable state: yellowed and torn.
The entire hotel is dilapidated and clearly lacks maintenance.
The pool was also in a deplorable state. One day, the water was even green. Our son got out of the pool after 5 minutes crying, because the water was stinging his eyes and skin.
The lounge chairs are covered in crow droppings, to the point that it is sometimes difficult to sit on them.
The shower was completely clogged, which made the water overflow everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet also leaked and we had to mop up the water with towels.
Positive points: the restaurant is high quality and the hotel benefits from direct access to the beach.
Unfortunately, despite these two positive points, the general condition of the hotel and the lack of maintenance strongly disappointed our family. We do not recommend this establishment.

Small Boutique Resort. Can Be Upgraded To A Luxury Collection.

Stayed for 2 nights/4 pax in family suite. Everything was very plesent from day we checked in. Clean recently renovated room, Comfy bed, Luxurious ammenities Pressured Shower etc. Room fronting pool with beautiful matured landscape. Resort fronting sea a 250 m walk. Breakfast was superb. Other ammenities such as Supermarket, Restaurants and SPA are all within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Value for money. My opinion the best well kept Resort in Pangkor but sadly this island needs alot of cleaning up, upgrading and promotions to attract tourist. Definitely will recommend this Resort to any guest and will come again.

Beautiful and Relaxing Gem Right on the beach

Wonderful stay! The pool is the loveliest I have seen on the island. The hotel restaurant is delicious and overlooks the beach for a gorgeous sunset. So many hornbills on the beautiful grounds, and you can watch the staff feeding them in the morning. Amazing customer service - they even booked a bus ticket and drove us to the ferry, so we wouldn’t miss it. Very knowledgeable and friendly - it was like having your own personal concierge! Thank you for a relaxing and unforgettable experience. I hope to come back soon!

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach.

The highlight of our visit were the staff here, they were super helpful. From the moment we arrived we were able to relax knowing everything was can taken care off.
The food was excellent, especially as Abdul went to the market to buy seafood especially for us on our last night.
