Love it!

Superb! Didnt expect the experience will be so good. Great massage chair, nice and clean bed and locker! No complain at all! Just keep the price as current, reasonable and worth it! Somehow also got Citi card promo for 25% disc. Now I dont worry for the long hour transit anymore especially at night, can rest and start fresh.

Poor Customer Service; Discriminative and Racist Behaviour by Staff

Our group of 11 had a deeply upsetting experience at Napzone KLIA in the early hours of 14 November 2025. Despite being exhausted from delayed flights, we were met with extremely rude and hostile behaviour from the receptionist. She spoke harshly, snatched our passports, and repeatedly told us to “go back to your country.”
We did not feel safe or welcome and chose not to use the service. Instead, we slept on the airport floors. Unfortunately, 4 of us (including myself) later fell sick with viral fever, likely due to the stress and lack of rest.
This was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I have ever encountered, especially in a country known for its warmth and tourism culture.
I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures no other traveller faces such treatment.

Not for light sleepers

Nice clean bed and well priced but if you're a light sleeper like me, you will hear the door beep every time people go in and out of the room, all the airport announcements and anyone talking in the massage chair room. Be aware these pods don't have doors, they just have a blind and if you are in the top bunk, the top is open so the light comes in. Next time I'll probably do a budget hotel instead.

Warning - poor security

Located upstairs near gate C11 Napzone is ideal for a few hours sleep during a long layover at KLIA. Warning: upon waking the key card to my capsule was missing. I dressed and retrieved my luggage from my locker however the attendant at the check-in desk demanded I pay for the key card. We checked the capsule, my wallet and the locker but no key card. It would have been easy to slip a hand along the wall of the capsule about 6 inches and remove the key card while I was sleeping but the capsule area is meant to be secure. I refused to pay for the key card and in my frustration returned again to the capsule to find someone using the capsule. I slipped my hand in and took the keycard while the occupant accused me of theft. Returning to the checkin desk I returned the key card and advised there was an occupant in the capsule. The attendant was apologetic and confused but I had no time and hurried to catch my flight. Was this a scam? Definitely poor security!! Luckily all my belongings were in the locker with the key under my pillow.
I will think seriously about using Napzone again. Comfortable bed, good price but rubbish security.

Quiet and relaxing

It took me around 1 hour to find out the location as hardly anyone knows about it, need some goo signage for the passengers to identify from all boarding areas. However the staffs were very courteous, and helpful. Had a peaceful sleep for 8 hours. Massage chairs were exceptional. Free tea and coffees available along with wakeup call facility. Thank you so much for your fruitful service.
