I just returned from my stay at the ONOMO Bamako hotel and I absolutely wanted to share my experience, which was simply excellent!
Upon my arrival, I was welcomed with remarkable warmth and kindness. The staff demonstrates exemplary professionalism while remaining very human and attentive. One truly feels well taken care of, and that is rare.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Fanta Keita, who left a lasting impression on me with her infectious smile and sincere kindness. She embodies the spirit of this hotel: welcoming, warm, and professional.
If you pass through Bamako, I highly recommend the ONOMO. Thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable stay!

Tried for weeks to get a hold of Onomo to organize my arrival airport pick up. They do not answer their phone, Whatsapp, email or Expedia chat message. Even my tour guide couldn't get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Very frustrating.
