Loved The Place
Great hotel, friendly staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners. Clean, comfy, great views, fantastic atmosphere. Nice breakfast.

Good option if you go with a car and prioritize value for money
Good value for money if you're driving and don't need to be in Taghazout.
I usually stay every year in the Taghazout area, in newer, more modern 4-star hotels with more professional service, but also with prices that are usually double or even more. In this case, when traveling by car and having no problem traveling about 30 minutes to Taghazout, staying in the center of Agadir was a good decision as it allowed me to save more than half the budget.
The hotel is a classic 4-star hotel, which probably has retained its rating for many years, so it does not fully reflect the current standards of more modern hotels. Still, the stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout. The cleanliness was great, with nothing negative to point out, and the pool is also pretty good. I would have liked to try the hammam, but unfortunately we didn't have time.
Points to improve are important. The comfort of the room leaves much to be desired, especially for the beds and pillows, which are not to the standard expected for a 4-star hotel. The wifi was clearly the biggest problem: it was very bad and, for someone who needs to work during the stay, going several days without a minimally reliable connection was a major drawback. Also, when I commented on it at check-out, I had the impression that the hotel was not fully aware of the problem.
They should also improve gastronomy considerably. Breakfast is a poor thing, especially the pastries, which were not well made and were difficult to enjoy. We also tried some dishes from the pool/restaurant service and the western food (hamburger, pizza, pasta, etc.) was not up to scratch: sometimes it arrived cold and the preparation was quite loose. It is a shame, because the menu prices are reasonable for a hotel in this category, but the quality of the food should clearly improve.
In short, it is a good option if you are looking for a good value for money, go with a car and accept that it is not a modern 4-star. For me, the best thing was the staff, the cleanliness, the pool and the savings compared to staying at Taghazout. The worst: the wifi, the comfort of the bed/pillows and the food.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

If stars could go into negative they would 7 days in this place and I wouldn’t recommend for one passports are copied as well as bank cards which is a big no
Day one went okay , day two is where everything started to go wrong my friend and I decided to go into the pool BIG mistake it seems the chemicals they use in the pool doesn’t agree with either of us ( could be the use of bleach ) now our hair must of touched contact with the water for all of a minute over all until it started reacting with our hair now I came to Morocco with BLACK hair and my friend came with RED hair , after going back to our room to wash our hair my friends hair had reacted to the pool water stripping her hair from dark red to now orange and mine has turned , partly brown some lighter some darker and green , I was informed this is the chlorine doing this now we have chlorine back home and use pools regularly and this has never happened.
The reaction caused to hair and our skin has ended up with us having to get our hair professionally cut and treated which wasn’t what we expected to do while on holiday .
Now aswell as that issue the noises I had to hear from a neighbouring room wasn’t particularly what I needed to hear on what I was hoping was a relaxing holiday and joining on the noises the room next to us enjoyed setting their alarm for 4.45 am and letting it ring for hours great if you don’t want a lay in and joining that the neighbouring hotel couldn’t of been any louder if they tried ,
We also did seem to have a few issues with the reception team now due to the react with had with the pool unfortunately colour had bled onto a few towels which we did talk to a reception member about and agreed to pay for replacements which was 120 dirham come to pay this on the final day the reception man was incredibly rude shouting and making us very uncomfortable we go to pay the agreed price and it had then gone upto 1345 dirham now over £100 now to me £100 for a few hand towels is ridiculous after speaking to this man who continued to argue for over half an hour a different person showed up and gave us another price which is ridiculous we eventually agreed to pay the total as we were now late for our flight , it’s very clear that some people just shouldn’t work in hospitality this man was clearly one of them I do wish I got his name
Further with this the hotel depends a much needed update, there was mould in the bathroom all over the walls and the shower all over the wall and the tiles which need an updated paint job clearly
One positive note I do have is the ladies at the spa , such wonderful girls which adventured up to the spa on two occasions a lovely hour long Argan oil massage and on our last night I enjoyed a special back message and my friend had a hot oil message nothing to complain about there
Prices of things mainly drinks
We tended to have the same two cocktails our whole trip even though it was the same menu throughout the hotel including the roof top bar we were charged different prices say two sex on the beaches at the pool were one price but on the rooftop bar they were a lot cheaper
Over all the experience is not what I expected at all we will definitely not be returning to this location

Hello, I don't have much to say about the hotel, but I especially wanted to thank Salah, who takes care of the activities.
Always smiling, kind, and very helpful, he guided us perfectly. Thanks to him, we went on a boat trip and a quad bike excursion. We actually loved the quad biking so much that we did it a second time.
Thanks again Salah for your kindness and your professionalism. You made our stay even more pleasant. I recommend you 100%!
