Holiday of a lifetime

Fabulous boutique hotel , superb service from fantastic staff.lovely pool , gorgeous restaurant. Rooms cleaned everyday and were of a very high standard .Balcony overlooks the pool.superb value and very helpful.location is excellent right in the centre and 5 mins from a beautiful beach.

Dirty!!

Avoid!!!
Total lack of cleanliness, mold in the bathroom even in the cup placed next to the sink that has never been changed or cleaned (see photo)
Plus the elevator that gets stuck on the third floor.
Too bad because it is well located

So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly.
The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff.
No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You have to ask for hairdryer, safe key, for air con controller (I spent an awfully hot first night as I didn’t think to ask and was too tired to come back down after I got into my nightie). All hotel staff are defensive and not very welcoming and friendly.
I didn’t use the pool or restaurant, so can’t comment. The view from my room was nice, I could see the pool. The location was great for the beach - a bit far for anything else.

A hotel for one night stay ...

Agadir, a hotspot for mass tourism, invested by boomers of all European nationalities... Prices are affected and the overall quality of services is decreasing year after year. Chosen for its fairly central location, the Suite Hotel Tilila has undoubtedly seen better days. Breakfast to be provided extra... service slow enough for some pastries and pieces of baguette grilled. Payment by CB, satellite TV without French channel, wifi OK, air conditioning idem. The beach is within walking distance and some restaurants are in the vicinity.
Although its small pool is a little illusion, the whole has aged and a good renovation would be necessary. The rooms (ours for 3 pax) are equipped with a rather dirty kitchenette.. The bathroom is small, not very cheerful... Neither is the room with its old furniture.. The car park in front of the hotel is congested and you have to arrive at the right time to find a place .. (payment of some Mad to the placeholder...).
