Feels like home

This is a great stay for one night or one week. From the time I stepped inside and met Mr. Ahmet the doorman and Miss Gigi at the desk, everyone is perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was near the street it was quiet. You have several breakfast options.

Total disappointment. Don't go.

The manager (Souar) is an uncommon rudeness. No professionalism, arrogance and irreverence.
The rooms are not soundproofed, impossible to sleep especially with the train passing in front and the expressway....
Hygiene is a subject...
The toilet very very dirty, the bathroom clogged, with hair everywhere (it's quite cleaned but simply not cleaned)...
The rooms are not made and when you come home in the evening you come across a room not made I see let imagine...
The manager's answer (I prefer to be quiet on it) .
In short, I strongly advise against it.

Do not book thru this site or any other.

Do not book this hotel.
We traveled internationally, booked online thru a reputable site. Got to the hotel after traveling from another city in Morocco only to be told by the front desk that they do not have a collaboration with that site. But they took my money far in advance and had confirmed the reservation.
I asked what do I do now and she just stared at me. Nothing.
I asked for a rec of another hotel- she recommended a hostel and said I could look it up.
For a country that is so welcoming and lovely in every other aspect (including the 2 other places we’ve stayed at) this was such a piss poor response.
When I booked there were not many reviews for this place but we took a chance bc we fly from Casablanca.
This. They are hands down the worst hotel we’ve encountered.

Disgusting treatment

One of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had, the receptionist was very rude, lacked respect and professional skills...I left the hotel due to the appalling treatment received.
I do not recommend this hotel as long as they follow that type of staff!

Wonderful stay

I recently had a wonderful stay at Priviligr oasis hotel, The attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my experience memorable. The staff was not only professional but also genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was immaculate, well-designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the on-site dining options exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
