Overall, Really good, but could be a tiny bit better

This is the 2nd time that I've came to this hotel. This year had way more guests than last year, added some activities from the kids side like a big slide near the pool and a bubble party, I stayed with both my parents and my younger brother and when we tried to turn on the TV, it didn't work and had a text written on it saying that we needed to check with the front desk, we asked them and they said that it was the case for everyone else, asked us to wait for a while before it worked, we had this conversation the 2nd day, we finished our journey and are going back home, the TV still doesn't work, that was my only complain, everything was incredibly, great animation team and everyone working in this hotel, very good service, would go a 3rd time

Very beautiful view, but a hotel to be well maintained

My opinion on the stay
We start with the reception: the welcome was quite good, with smiling and good-humored staff.
On the other hand, as soon as you head toward the rooms and take the hallways, you get the impression of finding yourself in a hotel that dates back to the 60s. The hallway carpets are particularly dirty, with numerous stains that seem to come from different liquids. It is frankly shameful for a hotel of this size, especially for an establishment that charges such high rates.
The price paid deserves to be recalled: 4,100 DH per night for two adults and two children. At this price level, one has the right to expect a minimum of quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
The environment and the pool:
On the environmental front, I find that the hotel is very far from the standards that one could expect today. The use of single-use plastic is omnipresent: plastic cups, small mineral water bottles, etc. For an establishment of this size, it would be entirely possible to implement more responsible solutions and considerably reduce this waste.
Regarding the water quality of the pool, no information is displayed concerning essential parameters such as chlorine or pH. Furthermore, the water seemed relatively cloudy to me and not particularly clean.
The problem is also linked to the behavior of certain guests: people arrive directly from the beach without rinsing off and enter the pool with sea salt and sand. The shower located at the entrance to the pool is, moreover, broken, and I do not understand why it is not quickly repaired when it plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness of the water.
The room:
The room is relatively spacious and benefits above all from a very beautiful view from the balcony, overlooking the sea and the entire pool.
However, several items should have been prepared before our arrival. We were four people and had to ask ourselves for the addition of the necessary towels, the setup of an extra bed, as well as the transformation of the sofa into a bed.
These are, however, things that could perfectly well have been prepared in advance, especially since our arrival was scheduled after 3:00 PM, while check-out is before noon.
Another problem, much more annoying: as soon as you enter the room, you smell a strong odor of mold and humidity. This smell was present throughout our entire stay and, in my opinion, constitutes a real problem for an establishment of this caliber.
The pool and the lounge chairs:
On the first day, we did not find any lounge chairs available, which is quite surprising for a hotel of this capacity.
It is therefore apparently necessary to get up very early to "reserve" your lounge chair, which I did the very next morning. I managed to get lounge chairs right in front of the pool, but after breakfast, another problem arose: the umbrellas.
A lounge chair without an umbrella in direct sunlight is obviously not very useful.
This is where the situation becomes particularly problematic. Based on what I personally observed, you had to ask the lifeguard who was also in charge of the umbrellas to make them available. I also witnessed situations where money was given in exchange for umbrellas and the reservation of certain lounge chairs.
I specifically saw this person take money, then go get umbrellas and reserve certain lounge chairs for people who had given them money.
If this practice is actually tolerated by management, it is extremely serious. If it is happening without management's knowledge, then it reveals a serious problem with oversight and management. In either case, this situation absolutely deserves to be investigated by management.
Housekeeping service:
On the second day, we returned to our room after 6:30 PM and found that there were no towels.
We tried calling the front desk by phone, but no one answered.
I therefore went down to the front desk myself to ask for the towels. I was told that the information would be passed on to the manager and that the towels would be brought up.
We ended up waiting more than 45 minutes.
My wife then had to go to the front desk herself and insist on getting the towels. They were finally brought about 10 minutes later.
For a hotel of this category, this level of service is simply not acceptable.
Meals and buffets:
Regarding the buffets, the meals are very repetitive and the quality is, in my opinion, very mediocre considering the price paid.
I also do not understand why the equipment and resources made available seem insufficient to properly manage the number of guests.
A very concrete example: there was only one deep fryer, which was working poorly. Even more surprising, the cook himself explained to us that he could not do much with the equipment made available to him by the management and that it was not working properly.
For a stay charged at 4,100 DH per night for four people, this level of service is frankly disappointing.
The problem therefore does not only concern the quality of the dishes, but also the organization, the available equipment, and the establishment's ability to properly ensure service for the large number of guests present.
Entertainment:
It is nevertheless necessary to highlight a positive point: the entertainers are good and really do their best to satisfy the guests.
They are present, dynamic, and try to maintain a good atmosphere despite the problems I was able to observe elsewhere in the establishment.
General maintenance and outdoor areas:
Overall, the hotel requires a real maintenance program, deep cleaning, and above all, better operational management.
It is also quite surprising to see the presence of several different models of lounge chairs and umbrellas, which gives an impression of a lack of uniformity and maintenance.
The lounge chairs are very dirty. In my opinion, the umbrellas should also be securely fixed to the ground, with suitable, high-quality models designed for this type of establishment.
The wild beach located in front of the hotel is, for its part, very beautiful, but even the part of the beach reserved for the hotel suffers from a lack of maintenance: the lounge chairs are very dirty and one regularly finds trash and debris.
The ground floor of the non-habitable part of the hotel is also in a particularly bad state. One finds a lot of trash and debris there. For an establishment of this category, it is simply shameful.
The buffet staff:
Another very disappointing point concerns the staff present at the buffets.
The general attitude is particularly cold: few or no smiles, very little interaction with guests, and an atmosphere that sometimes gives the impression that the staff is there against their will.
I perfectly understand that the work is difficult and that the staff may be tired, especially with a very busy hotel. But a minimum of hospitality, smiling, and contact with guests remains essential in a hotel establishment of this category.
Conclusion
To be honest, the value for money is very poor.
The establishment does, however, have many assets: an interesting location, a very beautiful view of the sea, a large pool, large spaces, a beautiful wild beach nearby, and an entertainment team that does its best.
But these assets are unfortunately spoiled by significant problems with maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service, and management.
At 4,100 DH per night for two adults and two children, I expected a significantly higher level of service.
The hotel clearly needs a serious deep cleaning, general maintenance of the facilities, an improvement of the equipment, and above all, better operation and better control of the services.
It is not the potential of the hotel that is at issue: it is the way it is currently being operated.

WARNING: Absolute Disaster – Avoid at All Costs!

This was, without a doubt, the single worst holiday experience of my entire life. The resort is an utter health hazard run by a shockingly greedy management team offering zero basic hospitality or administrative service in return.
Disgusting Hygiene & Health Risks: The cleanliness standards are appalling. Everything is filthy, and there were literally no usable toilets for children. To make matters worse, I ended up with a severe stomach illness due to their horrific health standards.
Inedible, Recycled Food: Feeding over 300 guests on tiny portions, the resort forces you to wait up to two hours just to get food. Even worse, they blatantly recycle unconsumed lunch items and serve them again for dinner. The food is completely bland, tasteless, and borderline unsafe.
Zero Entertainment or Atmosphere: The advertised animation, theme nights, and barbecues are entirely non-existent. There is no atmosphere whatsoever, save for a few untrained staff members aimlessly jumping around trying to pass as "child entertainment."
This place is not a resort; Save your money, protect your family's health, and do not book this hotel under any circumstances.
