Contact of a thousand and one nights
Great accommodation. Quiet place and well located. Warm and kind welcome. Siham can organize excursions, airport shuttles. Excellent cuisine, tagines, couscous, desserts, salads.. hearty and varied breakfasts.
Clean and beautifully decorated rooms.
Come come you will not be disappointed

A really bad choice
1.- I booked this based on previous oppinions of others, but I do not agrre now with them. First of all the enterprise got a big mistke with our hour of arrival, even when I wrote the the details perfectly and they aswered me with ok, so I booked a transport for 17€ that I paid, and I ned to start data in my mobile and call them because I was waiting for the transport 1 hour and got a stupid face. The transport arrives after 1 hour and half and the extra cost for me in data and calls was more than 60 €, but if I would have done this I could be still waiting in the airport. The property did not want to know about responsabilities for this.
2.- I am 63 and never, never have seen a place where you have to cross the shower to go to wc, this means that if you are in a hurry you must cross the shower with street shoes, unbelievereval.
The bathroom is old and need a change better yesterday than tomorrow.
3.- ThirdThe bedroom is old and need a new painting and was just at the side of the street with a lot of noise until late, children playing, people talking....
4.- Lights are poor.
5.- If you need somethig or talk with them, there is nobody there only whatsapp a really poor customer assistance but thy run quickly to get the money. For example first day I would need breakfast at 07.00 and it was not possible because I found nobody to talk so I lost first breakfast.
To finish I am very sorry but I would never come back to such place even for free.

Comfortable Riad Good Value for Quiet Award
We stayed 15 nights at this pretty riad located in the pretty district of kasbah, near the royal palace.It is like staying with a family,two sisters are attentive to comments and requests and know how to prepare us excellent typical Moroccan breakfasts.I had all the information required and help to make phone calls.I was able to have laundry done for an extra 50 dirhams and I was also able to make Jacuzzi on request because it does not seem to be in operation at this time of year.Our room was on the 3rd adjacent a small terrace that overlooked a third with views.The suite offered a comfortable king size bed large room with drawer and 2 wardrobes for lots of storage,bathroom with brass faucet solar hot water so hot in the evening.Very good neighborhood location with taxiset restaurants,market all just 2 steps away 5 minutes walk.El Fna Square 20 minutes walk for other Things to do negotiate a taxi.

Unacceptable customer service.
They accept only cash payment. Poor breakfast. Water tap is coming off., same as paint on the wall. Only 1 key for 3 independent adults. Jacuzzi is empty and dirty. No shampoos, shower gel or hair conditioner. No hangers, no hooks. No pillow cases.

Ugh
We spent 3 nights in this guesthouse.
The location is 15/20 minutes from the square.
Rooms not too bad in terms of bedding but noisy (overlooking the street), private bathroom, we do not have a door and we had to go through the shower to access the toilet. Small annoyance with the manager who spoke badly to us in front of other customers over a matter of mascara on a napkin, because I forgot my wipes and wanted to avoid looking like a panda! (Into the machine and off we go) FYI I still insisted on mascara to have clean towels otherwise I think we would have spent our stay with the same towels. My friend and I had the impression of being taken for two 15 year old girls...no but oh there are things that can be said differently!
In addition, we chose this guest room for the jacuzzi! Turns out it was empty and dirty! Making a scene for a towel (she took the liberty of questioning our hygiene) and making us look like we were dirty when even at the rooftop the benches were filled with bird poop, excuse me but hygiene level may need to be review some things! Also if you have to leave early, you will not have breakfast. For the taxi service attention 180 dirhams little advice walk to the place we found for 80 dirhams for two.
I come to Morocco 5 times a year I have never had any problems! A first for me!
