Bad experience
Very bad service in the room every day left something :: coffe complementary water glasses shampoo etc
At the swimming pool the service is different it depends on clients
Probably there are clients they pay double rate and they have top service for example they are 3 and they take 5 beds with many pillow not allowed for sunbeds
I am A normal client and I have to stay 30 minutes before having a sunbed and no one tries to find me a bed or a solution I answering “” don”t worry “”
During an evening meal the sea bass was not good and I was very bad all the night
I think it is enough for a 5 star hotel

Magnificent stay, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very hearty, fresh, and tasty. There is impeccable service in every respect. From the housekeeper to the valets, the hosts and hostesses, the servers, and the pool staff, everyone is very attentive to us. If you have any problems, you can see the front desk; they will find a solution for you or do their best to be of service. Thank you to Linda, head of the concierge, Souad, Mohammed at the front desk, to Younes, head of breakfast, and to the servers for their efficiency and kindness. And finally, a special, huge respect, admiration, and thanks to Abdelwakil, a courageous person, a hard worker, a guy of extreme kindness and courage. He does his job with rigor, a smile, and passion, and that is felt by the guests. Everyone compliments him. Despite extremely heavy and hot heat, he never complains and works tirelessly so that the guest feels as comfortable as possible. Very great respect to Abdelwakil, a very good recruit. Thank you to the Naoura Barrière for these relaxing and soothing vacations.

Wonderful from start to finish
A wonderful hotel, from the cold towel and tea greeting to check-out, everything was faultless. The pool area is divine, a quiet oasis away from the mad streets outside. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection and nice to eat outside. Our riad was unbelievably opulent, so spacious with vast terraces and our own private pool - I would recommend to any family.

Great few days in a private villa on the hotel campus. Luxurious villa with own pool for our Family group of 7. Food and service
5 out of 5 could not fault anything about this hotel. Great cantral location, clean facilities and wonderful staff.
Highly recommend for a family stay.
