Friendly staff upon arrival. Room was equipped with extra blankets, hairdryer and cold water sink. I was given a towel at check in. Shared shower and bathrooms very conveniently located and easy access. The place was clean and centrally located just off the square. Highly recommend .

Good place to stay if you just need a bed for a night. The AC didn’t work, so be aware of that if staying in the warmer season. Shared bathrooms, and stained bedding, but for the price, it was an ok place to stay just for a night. Also, breakfast isn’t included, although it says it is. It’s cheap, but you still have to pay.

Hotel receptionist problem

It was a very bad experience for us. We booked through Booking.com for two people and informed them that we would be arriving late at night due to our flight schedule. When we arrived at night, the receptionist processed the payment with a sullen, unfriendly attitude, refusing to accept credit cards or Euros. We didn't make a fuss about it, as we might not have had it with us, but she insisted on immediate payment. When we wanted to leave our luggage until a certain time upon check-out, a different person took our bags. When we returned, it was the same person who had checked us in on April 10th. When we went to the hotel and then returned to get our luggage, the person at the reception desk told us we couldn't use the restroom and scolded us, even though we had been guests at the hotel for two days. We had never experienced such scolding or shouting before. They told my friend to go get their own luggage. As frequent travelers and professionals in the industry, we were very surprised and had never encountered such a thing before. It was a truly upsetting experience for us.

To flee

To escape, apart from the location which is top everything else is sordid. A horrible welcome, exchange rate without invoice, at the head of the client , pay in euros , tiny room, just the place of a bed ... impossible to be 2 standing with a suitcase on the floor, no accessible window , noisy ... my worst experience in maroc at this price , room that seemed more like a prison cell rather than a hotel room ... never again for us!!

A great place to stay

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They helped me get organised, booked things for me and even let me check in early and out a little late.
They helped room was small but very comfortable bed and it had a sink and hair drier. The shower and toilet were literally next door
It was what I expected from the photos I had seen on line.
So close to the main square it was very easy to find my way home. But just far enough away to be peaceful. I slept really well each night. I would definitely say it was great value for money and would recommend it very highly. It was simple and basic but very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and in a great location. I would stay here again
