Incredible!
After a catastrophic experience in a large hotel, we booked this riad at the last minute without really knowing what to expect... and what a wonderful surprise!
The riad is magnificent, ideally located, and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccable, with a pleasant clean scent as soon as we arrived.
The welcome was exceptional. Our host is very kind and welcomed us with delicious tea accompanied by Moroccan pastries, a moment that immediately set the tone for our stay.
A huge thank you also to the housekeeping staff, who were adorable. Every day, they took the time to carefully arrange our son's stuffed animals on the bed, a very simple little gesture but one that amused him enormously and touched us deeply.
The breakfast is excellent, varied, and very hearty. Enjoying it on the terrace, with that magnificent view of the rooftops of Marrakech, is a real joy and allows you to start the day in the most beautiful way.
We had come here "by default" to flee a hotel where everything was going wrong... In the end, it is this riad that will remain our best memory of Marrakech. To the point that we have already told ourselves that, if we return next year, we will book a week here directly without even hesitating.

BEDBUGS - Bettwanzen 100%
Bedbugs - Bettwanzen more than 40 in the master bed: running in and out over my pillow, duvet cover, bedsheets, wooden night desk, wooden headboard. Found them on 05.05.2026 at 04:00 am, if I woke up and switched on the lamp from the night desk.
Bedbugs also in the extra bed opposite the bathroom, more than plenty of bedbugs running in and out the bed sheets. My daughter found on her whole body over 30 bed bug bites, the skin is red , swollen, itching.

Riad well located, functional, nice but services to review
Riad friendly located 10 minutes from the Place, very quiet, warm welcome by the manager who is very helpful, hearty lunch served on the terrace if the weather allows. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are clean and the cleaning of the room is very thorough, I mean, that the linen (ours) is folded, bathroom items stored, towels changed. The rooms are still very small, and the smell of humidity is quite present*. In the Riad, common area, it smells very very good, and as soon as you return to your room, the smell is much less pleasant. Little room also, to put the suitcase there. The most negative point are the finishes of the SDB equipment, the shower space is blackened, on the whole bottom, it is more than neglected and doubtful and the outline sink crumbles, concrete in places is torn off, we would have to remake masonry.
On the other hand, very early breakfast (if departing for the airport for example) on request can be served, as the Riad manager does everything to make your stay go smoothly.
The rate is about 80 euros per night for 2 people, which may not seem like much, but in Marrakech, for this rate, we expect a little better anyway, despite the rates have increased a lot lately on Marrakech.
Despite a good situation, I would probably not return, even if in the end we stay very little in the RIAD, when we choose to be in the Medina, to leave in the morning, after breakfast and return after dinner. The main thing is that the bed is comfortable and the Riad is quiet and that is the case.

An experience that we will always remember with extreme sadness and disappointment.
Behavior that is nothing short of unqualified. No respect for people. On the day of the scheduled departure our 9 year old son suffered an injury that required hospitalization and surgery and our trip was obviously canceled. We contacted the structure to see if he could come even partially to meet us but when he understood the situation he unilaterally canceled our reservation collecting the full amount of the stay and stopped responding to our messages. Although I stress that the facility had no formal obligation to reimburse, respect is something that should never be lacking, especially when it comes to children and situations that are objectively sensitive, in so many years we had never encountered unqualified behavior on such a scale.

Riad well placed and pleasant
The Riad is well located and tastefully decorated. The rooms are clean and the towels impeccable. Breakfast is very good and hearty. We were well received!
Simple downside, we booked a guide through the Riad for a 4-hour cultural and historical tour. Our guide Hassan has done the minimum union. We only visited Bahia Palace on which we had valuable information. But the visit lasted only 3h15, including a stop for a drink that we paid as much as in Paris. The rest of the time, visit the souk.
