Home from Home

From the moment we stepped foot in this place we were made to feel at home. Peter the owner was there to greet us with a pot of mint tea and show us around his home. The riad is like a secret garden with plenty of quiet spots to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet or a scenic spot to enjoy your included breakfast which can be taken anywhere in the riad at anytime throughout the day, although very early breakfasts are always served in the dining room. The room was well appointed with a four poster bed, wifi, safe, a hand held shower and plenty of storage space for all your clothes. There was a small seating area outside the room with orange trees and another larger seating area. The small pool is great place to refresh after a busy day in the medina or out visiting the other nearby sites, although the water was a touch on the chilly side.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff all you had to do was pop your head in the kitchen and speak to the them. Coffee and tea was always available and at no extra cost.
Evening meals are served but you must inform staff that you wish to dine. Bottled water is left in the room and chargeable at €1.50 per bottle.
Most excursions pick up within a 15 minute walk of the riad, with the medina and the hustle and bustle just a short walk away.

A beautiful experience.

Fantastic, like a fairy tale.
An oasis of peace in the middle of a hectic city.
Hospitality is of paramount importance to ABdul the manager (Peter the owner) and other slle other employees, super friendly and always willing to help you.
Room also clean and spacious enough.
The roof terrace / roof garden insanely beautiful, a nice place to relax.

hospitable and friendly

Amazing riad! Staff and the owner Peter were amazing and so welcoming. It was my partners birthday and they very kindly brought him out a cake and bouquet of flowers. Breakfast is all of what you need to start the day off right, dinner is available at request unfortunately we didn’t have dinner there but I would’ve loved to if we had more time as I’m sure that would have been great too! Riad is also placed in a great area, within walking distance of the souks and jemaa el-fnaa square but not right in the hustle of it which makes it a the perfect spot. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay :)

impressive riad

An impressive riad with exceptionally welcoming staff. What makes it truly special is the abundance of charming and cozy spots throughout the courtyards and on the rooftop terrace. Special praise also goes to Peter, whose vision and dedication have made this riad what it is today.

Hotel with an insanely beautiful story

It's like staying with your family in Morocco. This is certainly not a hotel like you are used to from a hotel, this really goes further. Every evening we ate at a long table with other hotel guests who needed it, and the more than interesting owner. The 4 course dinner was more than delicious and after a day of walking through Marrakech you are happy that you can stay in your hotel in the evening. The hammam and full body massage should certainly not be missed because what a more than welcome beneficence and super experience in this more than special accommodation. You immerse yourself in pure Marrakech. Everything we had to settle at the end of this crazy stay directly benefited several charities, that was the icing on the cake.
