Amazing Riad with fantastic staff
What an incredible place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the amazing staff, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness and genuine hospitality made our holiday even more special.
The riad is a true oasis of calm in the heart of Marrakech. After the excitement of the souks and busy streets, it was the perfect tranquil retreat to return to. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it easy to completely unwind.
The food was outstanding—every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge bonus in the Marrakech heat, and the pool was ideal for cooling off and relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
We loved every minute of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional Hospitality in the Heart of Marrakech
The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment, always showing kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
A special thank you goes to the breakfast team, especially the young man who also played music in the evening. They were incredibly attentive, sweet, and friendly with our 4-year-old daughter, making her feel happy and comfortable every day. Their warmth truly made a difference during our stay.
The front desk staff and the two ladies at reception were also extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
We also tried the spa and had a very positive experience — relaxing, clean, and professionally managed.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Medina and ideal for exploring Marrakech on foot. Another big plus is the beautiful rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
We will definitely recommend this Riad to family and friends and truly hope to come back soon! Ilaria, Nico & Vittoria
