There was nothing to complain about

A very nice riad in a quiet location about a 15-minute walk from Gaucklerplatz.
Everything is well-maintained, clean, and stylishly furnished.
The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful!
The breakfast is excellent.
From the rooftop terrace, there is a great view over the city and the mountains.
We felt very comfortable and would recommend it 100%.

One unforgettable experience!

Our stay at Riad Nalan & Spa was truly fantastic and one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. The riad is located in the heart of the medina, making it ideally located to explore the city. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and decorated with great care, ideal for unwinding after a busy day.
The staff, Jamal and Mohammed, along with the friendly kitchen team, were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and always helpful. From the moment of arrival we immediately felt welcome and well cared for. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious, fresh breakfast with local products, prepared with great care by the kitchen, which was a fine start to the day every time.
What made our stay extra special was the personal service and attention to detail. Small gestures made a big difference and created a warm, homely atmosphere. The hammam and massages were undoubtedly the icing on the cake and made a perfect, relaxing end to our holiday.
In short, an absolute must for those looking for comfort, hospitality and authenticity in Marrakech. We will definitely be back here again!

Great!

Great experience, it is a small Riad but with everything you need, the real gem is the hammam, wonderful experience, to be had and affordable. The staff is undoubtedly his strong point very kind, super helpful and with a smile. We also asked that we prepare a dinner and it was great and the breakfast really top. Only flaw the room too small for my taste, but well cared for and clean. I recommend it will not disappoint you!

Superb couples stay

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay. I would HIGHLY recommend. The staff are so attentive and accommodating, they coped with my dietary requirements so well. We booked a guided tour of the medina with them. Moha was fantastic (the guide) We also booked a Hammam/massage in the spa that was beautiful and so nice as it was just us.
I honestly can’t thank them enough for the most amazing stay. Thank you- we will be back

A Hidden Gem with Heartfelt Service

Our stay at Riad Nalan was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff members, Elias and Jamal were attentive, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The in-house massages were incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Each experience felt personalized and thoughtfully done. Breakfast each morning was another highlight, beautifully prepared, fresh, and delicious, enjoyed in a calm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the day.
Riad Nalan truly offers more than just a place to stay, it provides a warm, peaceful retreat with exceptional service. We are so grateful for the care and hospitality we received and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay.
