Amazing Riad, absolutely recommend it!

We (a couple) stayed at this hotel for a week for a citytrip to Marrakech and loved it.
We were picked up from the airport at the given time and driven to the Riad. Riad Nouzha is on a small street close to the souks. Very quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are very nice, the beds comfortable. Air Conditioning is present in all rooms and, while ours broke down it was fixed within a day. Everything was very clean and tidy. WiFi is present and fast.
The Riad also had a rooftop terrace and small pool, the terrace presented us with great views over the medina and the pool was a welcome refreshment in the hot Moroccan summer.
The staff is very nice and go to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable. They walked us to our excursion pick up and made sure we got back safely. They only speak French and Arabic but we managed to communicate without any problems.
Breakfast is simple but good, coffee, bread and juice.
Would definitely recommend this to couples or groups of 2 staying in Marrakech, great place to recover from the bustling souks and busy city!

not so very good hotel

The riad on the outside was beautiful. Big rooms, big beds and beautifull colors. There was no warm water inside and the staff don,t speak english at all. The room was dirty and the smell off old water was everywhere in the room. You can only pay cash not with a card. The swimmingpool and loungebar where not there. The swimmingpool was empty and verry dirty.

- Ubicación: la ubicación en el mapa es incorrecta. Se encuentra en una zona llamada Riad Laarous, en una callejuela cuyo nombre viene sólo en árabe y no hay ningún cartel que indique que el hotel está por ahí. Está a 25 minutos de la plaza Jema El Fnaa
- Servicios: en las webs de reserva afirma que hay WiFi y que el desayuno está incluido en la tarifa, pero ni uno ni otro. NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE EN LA DUCHA. No hay televisión, no hay aire acondicionado (30 grados en Abril).
La mujer que lleva el Riad habla árabe y un francés muy muy muy básico. Es la única persona que está en el Riad y sale por las tardes, a veces por la mañana... Y manda estar a las 23.30h como máximo para dormir.
... Al menos está limpio.
Hay que pagar cuando llegas al hotel, a pesar de que para reservar te piden el número de tarjeta de crédito.
- Conclusión: es muy probable que por ese precio haya Riads mejores.... porque le falta todo

très moyen.pas d eau chaude. pas de coussin sur les sièges en terasse assis sur du fer. piscine vide.ne correspond pas au descriptif. dommage.vraiment déçu d avoir invitée la famille dans ce riad. hygiène à revoir.et l eau chaude dans les douche serai là bien venu.

bien pour se poser quelques heures... :)

Le riad n'est pas à l'image de la présentation sur les sites.
Pas d'eau chaude, la propreté laisse vraiment à desirer. les linges sont humides et ne sentent pas le propre.
Le petit dej était comprit mais si je ne le prouvais pas avec le doc booking nous aurions du le repayer...et encore nous devions demander pour avoir du café!!! La terrasse est bien mais pas mise en place pour les touristes (chaises en fer seulement sans coussins), piscine ok mais... sans eau (a cause la police apparemment...) enfin cool si vous avez dormi 3h et que vous voulez vraiment vous reposer mais sinon trouvez autre chose !
Pas de docs ni de carte pour les touristes, très compliqué de se faire comprendre par la dame qui gère sauf pour payer bien sur !!!
