Very beautiful Riad

Very beautiful Riad, very well located in the Kasbah neighborhood.
The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped. The rooftop is a real plus!
The only downside is the door opening time. We waited several times for more than 10 minutes in front of the Riad before someone opened the door for us.

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Stayed here with a group of friends as we travelled south.

Best Riad ever

Excellent location in the old part of town. Walking distance from markets and sites to see. Ismael greeted us with tea and cookies and gave us a map and directions to major sites and best times to visit. He also arranged a driver to bring us to the Riad, a trip to the desert and every staff member courteous and helpful. We went back a few times as we traveled around Morocco. Breakfast was cooked fresh with fruit, pastry, orange juice, jams, coffee and tea. A superlative stay that we cannot recommend highly enough.

Be careful

Very unpleasant experience. The rooms we were assigned were not the ones we had booked and paid for. They were in a lower category: they did not change them for us, and they neither apologised nor refunded us. To avoid negative reviews they cancelled our Booking.com reservation. Absolutely not recommended. There are many Riads just as cute!!

There are better

Our surprise upon arrival was that the reserved rooms (deluxe suite) there were no, we got two small doubles.
The breakfast was very varied and the bathroom towels dirty.
It's not at all the rating it sets.
Well located and friendly treatment.
