Peaceful Riad in Medina Marrakech

The staff was super nice, they were very responsive and took care of our arrival from the airport.
Getting to the Riad the first time can be a little bit tricky, since its deep inside in one of the Medina alleys, but once you have done it once it was perfect. We were guided by the staff where the car dropped us and it was perfect.
The breakfast was delicious, specially the Moroccan bread, the best we had in all our stay, it was really fresh and tasty, the almond butter was a true delight.
Our room had a lot of space and was really quiet. The bed was a bit small but it served the purpose, I would only suggest 2 more pillows (1 for each guest). Cleaning was done on a daily basis and the whole Riad looked spotless.
We changed Riad on the last day and we regretted leaving Ylha Riad, the second place was a bit dirty and the breakfast was not really nice.
We will definitely recomend and hope we come back soon.

This was dreadful. I could not stay in Jan as it was dirty and smelt of cats wee. The manager never arrived. And never called me back. I am a regular traveler so know Marrakesh well and love it normally but the experience was awful and we had to move. Do not stay in Jan.

The Riad Ylha is beautifully decorated and combines tradition with modern comfort. The staff is super friendly and helpful, happy to help with anything you might need. The food is exceptional and the stay was absolutely perfect. This is our second visit to amazing Marrakesh and although greatly saddened to see the changes caused by the destructive earthquake 2 years ago we were happy to see the city coming back to its former glory, slowly but surely, and the resilience of it’s people. We loved our stay and we will definitely return in the near future.

Good stay but could’ve been better. Good hospitality and allowed luggage stowage for later flight. The only bad side was no pool usage, air con was barely cold but doable, and bathroom could use a better drainage system typically floods the bathroom after use. Overall great stay live Marrakesh

Le Riad est incroyable. Magnifique ! Les espaces communs sont décoré avec beaucoup de goût, c’est beau, c’est authentique. La piscine est très suffisante, et le rooftop idéal pour se poser en fin de journée, au soleil couchant. Nous reviendrons c’est certain !
