A nice place to stay

The location of our room was great, close to every restaurant and both pools. Workers are really polite and do their services well. It is a comfortable stay so far, and the atmosphere is okay. I love that we can just spend a day at the beach and simply walk back to the room in about 4 minutes.

Good quality/price ratio

I read a lot of reviews that were little subscribing about this hotel. However, I decided to take a chance.
It was a good surprise.
Reception:
- Nothing negative to point. Check-in done in group, something new to me but even was functional.
Fourth:
- spacious, with good amenities (even considering that the hotel already has a few years). The cleaning was exemplary. Change of towels daily. Air conditioning to fully function.
Food:
- varied breakfast, with local and international options.
- Buffet restaurant (where breakfast is served) with a rather generous area. To highlight the constant presence of a cleaning team for eventualities.
Lunch and dinner with quite a variety in the same conditions as the Moroccan and international option.
- three thematic restaurants that operate by checking through the Iberostar chain APP where we were very well served. I recommend.
Pool:
- two relatively large pools. Some things need maintenance but in nothing interfered with our comfort.
Beach:
- direct access to the beach at about 50m; water quite clean and warm. The terrain could be cleaner. Walking sellers but not too persistent.
Bars:
Perfectly framed for this type of resorts.
Staff:
- pretty attentive and friendly.
I highlight some that marked us for sympathy and professionalism:

Abdheramni - coffee
The animation team composed of young Brazilians, always tireless in the quest to provide good moments.
It should be noted that some recent maintenance works are evident, which demonstrates commitment to improving the conditions of the hotel.

Amazing holidays!!

Amazing and unforgettable holidays.
Hotel spectacular, super friendly employees, felt at home.
We never missed anything, food and drink always fresh and of good quality.
We went at one time with a lot of people and still there was room for everyone and the quieter pool with silence to rest.
My highlight goes to the animation team where I have to talk about Jota who was amazing with our boys JP and Salvador.
They stayed in our hearts forever.

Super recommended

It's the second time I'm in this hotel and this destination. 1 time with a group of friends and now in couple mode.
In 2023 we were at the time of opening the hotel and now at the time of closure. We didn't have any kind of problem with the Internet or the TV even though we only have one channel.
Very good animation, by a Brazilian team. Food better than in 2023, I only considered that because we were the last customers that we did not benefit from everything that the others benefited from, for example, on the last day there was no more ice cream. All week only 2 flavors remained, there were people in our group who could not mark thematic dinners because they went to close the hotel...
However, there are many positive things:
Near Lisbon or Porto
Fast flight
Competitive price
Extremely welcoming
Fantastic pools
No queues
Spacious rooms

Bad hotel not worth 5 stars

We have booked a trip through D-trips. They say it's a 5 star hotel but is worth 3.5. Whole room is full of mosquitoes and flies. If cleaned, the room smells like piss. They say they have 4 restaurants but we were not allowed to book 2 a la carte restaurants and no one who could help you. Normally you are allowed to make a reservation once but this was not possible and after 2 days those 2 restaurants closed completely. All you had was a snack bar open and reataurant. And after 3 days the restaurant also closed for lunch because of too few people. You could eat at the bar outside in the afternoon. All the food was covered in flies. In short this is not a 5 star hotel but worth 3.5. Was our first time and definitely the last time.
