Excellent welcome from Djedou the manager.
Listening and good advice to visit the area. Beautiful spacious and clean room. Very well placed and safe. Perfect value for money. Will help you with your travels, rentals, excursions etc...

Le K Hotel Nouakchott, Mauritania

Large room, and clean towels. AC worked well. Nobody spoke English except a young man who I doubt worked for the hotel. No breakfast provided. No toiletries were provided during the stay. Wi-fi worked well, which is a plus.

I stayed for 10 days at the K. It is not a luxury accommodation, but totally fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a small shop nearby. I was able to order food from a small restaurant opposite the shop - delivered to my room. One of the staff took me to a gym and picked me up later, which was really nice. I stayed in the very hot season and the air conditioning can barely keep up with the heat - this is a problem I also had in other hotels in the country. The K offers a good french breakfast and I was able to get an omelet on top. Overall, I can totally recommend this accommodation.

stayed for three days in June 2018.

I arrived late at night and the reception was very good. My room was huge and very clean with c;ean sheet and towels. The bathroom was clean and had both a bathtub and shower with hot water.
Staff were helpful and gave advice on many issues, shoping, touring, restaurants.
One has to place an order for lunch and dinner and the food takes a long time to be prepared. The two days i ate dinner, the food was very good.
Moaquitoes can be a menace in the seating area outside.

Nice and clean

Nice management, very helpful. Good place to use as a base for your traveling in Mauretania. I stayed here both on arrival as well as on departure. They are located in a safe are in Nouakchott. They can help with transport, taxi and also food.
