Definitely stay here

I would recommending not having a room facing the street. New bar opened across street. Loud music until early morning hours.
The hotel service was amazing. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great pool. Restaurant could be better. Lots of places to enjoy ethic food, right across street @ Gorda's Colosio - amazing food with super reasonable pricing.

Good hotel but terrible policies for guests

Good hotel, good location, terrible service policies.
I am a business traveler and I’ve been traveling all day. Front desk gave me the wrong key card, so I couldn't open my room. I went back down to have it activated, which they did, but when I went back up, the key still didn't work.
I went back down a second time and asked to change rooms instead, but they refused and told me I had to wait for someone from maintenance to show up. When I expressed that I was exhausted and just wanted to rest, the answer to my repeated request was simply that "it's protocol."
If that really is protocol, it's sad and disappointing that Hilton lacks the capability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, choosing to value strict protocols and make guests wait rather than accommodating the guest and promptly reassigning a room.
Third time was the charm... anyway, if this hotel weren't part of my company’s travel policy, I honestly wouldn't stay at this Hilton Garden Inn Aguascalientes. Every visit, it's always one thing or another.
Buen hotel, buena locación, pésima políticas de servicio. Soy viajero de negocios, llevo todo el día viajando. Me dan mal la llave de mi habitación en recepción y no puedo abrir mi habitación. Bajo a que me activen la llave y lo hacen, subo y nuevamente la llave no abre. bajó nuevamente pido mejor un cambio de habitación y me explican que no, que tengo que esperar que venga alguien de mantenimiento. AL expresar que estoy cansado, que quiero descansar la respuesta ante mi solicitud que hice varias veces fue la misma que es protocolo. Si fue verdad que eso es protocolo, pues que triste y mal que Hilton no tenga la capacidad de solucionar de forma ágil y efectiva y que valoren más protocolos de hacer esperar a un cliente, a un huésped en lugar de incomodarse un poquito y darme ágilmente una habitación. La tercera fue la vencida... en fin.. la verdad si no fuera porque el hotel es parte de la política de viaje no me quedaría en este hotel Hilton Garden Inn de Aguascalientes. Cada visita o es una cosa o es otra.
