Nice hotel in bacalar! The breakfast was good as well and the staff was very helpful. The only bad thing is the lack of light in the room even with the light on but not a major issue. Would recommend as it is close to the lake and restaurants

A nice hotel

This hotel was nice, I had one of the rooms with the terrace out to the front of the hotel. Having now been there I think this was a better room than one of the poolside ones as they were probably noisier.
There was a problem with my door lock and this was fixed in a timely manner even thought it was 1st Jan !
I didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice when I saw people as I was checking out. They called a cab for me when I needed it.
The oool and seating area looked nicer in real life than the photos which were on hotels.com.
This hotels is about. 10 min walk from the main shops/food/tourist area. This suited me but may not suite everyone.
