Lovely small hotel

Great location, one block away from main square & one block from the lagoon. Set back from the street so very calm and a parking lot off the road. Clean room, nice small pool & very helpful & friendly staff. Mau & team at reception will book tours for you. Recommend

Very nice hotel in a perfect location

A rather new hotel very close to the historic center and also in walking distance to the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. Next door is a good Mediterranean restaurant, which also serves the good breakfast. Only the smell in the room was a bit strange.

Petit hotel sympa

Nice little hotel very well located in the center of Bacalar. Room and pool very clean. The room (#4) on the ground floor overlooking the pool is nicely appointed; functional shower, coffee and water available; small terrace with seats; excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Some details to review: tap, razor socket.

Pleasant stay in beautiful Bacalar

The hotel is small and charming, with a relaxing atmosphere. Room was nicely decorated with comfortable bed. The bedding only included a top sheet with no additional blankets. Front desk staff were nice and friendly - they even arranged a laundry service for me for a reasonable rate (90 pesos for one full load). The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Coffee was available at the hotel entrance in the morning. Bottled water was provided. Wi-fi was okay - not great. Pool area was nice and relaxing and the pool was clean. Hotel location was perfect - very close to restaurants, Fort San Felipe, and the lake. My only disappointments were that there is no mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and the lack of electrical outlets.

Nice hotel. Perfect location.

This hotel is very nice, it is well located and super friendly staff.
I loved the pool area, beautiful and peaceful!
The room was nice. The furniture can use an update and i didn’t like the pillows much, my neck hurt.
But the bed itself is very good and showers are good too.
Thanks for the stay!
