Couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. It is architecturally stunning. Beautiful, comfortable areas to relax in. For the size of the plot, a very large pool, beautiful views everywhere you look - either into lush greenery or out to the sea.
Our room was amazing - new experience having shutters rather than windows. Admittedly meant you need to keep the shutters closed if you want to stop the hotter outside air getting in but it was a beautiful design feature. Extremely spacious and comfortable room.
The staff (everyone we met from front of house to by the pool and in the restaurant) were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were looked after very well.
The location was great too. At the far end of La Punta Zicatella beach, it was very quiet as far as the bars and partying is concerned, but a very easy walk down to the beach and the start of all the bars and restaurants.
Finally, we ate breakfast every day there and it was something to look forward to every day. The food was fantastic, generous portions, masses of choice and tasted great.
We’d happily stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay with Ennea, it was actual bliss. We loved the pool and the architecture/design, it’s nicely located near everything but slightly apart so not noisy

The hotel is beautifully designed, excellent service. However, there is a lot noise as the rooms have no windows. During the day it’s fine. But in the morning it is impossible to sleep in as the birds and the kitchen make a lot of noise.

Wish they were more accommodating

Be aware they are very strict on their no cancellation policy. We had a last minute emergency come up - my husband cut his head open and couldn't swim (we had proof) + our flight home got cancelled and we had to book another earlier flight home. Since we couldn't stay the last 2 nights we asked for any sort of refund - partial or towards spend at the hotel. They had 0 flexibility. Because of this, combined with a lot of construction & trash surrounding the hotel, we will not be visiting again. The hotel itself is beautiful, but thats just not enough.

Beautiful, great service but a bit noisy

The architecture of the hotel is amazing as is the service by the wait staff (Ernesto) and the reception (Jimena and Patricio)! The restaurant and pool are designed in such a way that is modern, peaceful and fits perfectly with the environment. The same can be said for the bedrooms except, as you can see in the pictures, the bedrooms have no actual walls but wood curtains, which would be perfect if the setting was in the middle of nowhere. But, being right beside the street and three hostels, you can imagine the noise! Thursday night was ok, but Friday and Saturday were noisy until after 2 am. So even if the "wood curtains" are a good architectural idea, I suggest they revisit them for the comfort of the guests.
