My Go To Hotel in Cabo

This was my second time staying at Medano Hotel & Spa, and I already know I’ll be back. The location is great, the hotel is always clean, and the staff really make the experience.
Special thanks to Mario at the front desk for always being so warm, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations on things to do. And shoutout to Jessica and Carlos for the amazing hospitality. You both were so kind and made every visit even better.
10 out of 10. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Cabo! ☀️

The best place in Cabo!

Thank you Medano, always with the best service in Cabo, we have been to many day passes and it never compares to the experience we have here, totally recommended. We want to highlight the service of Rodolfo who was always attentive to every detail, truly his service was incredible! We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends and family.

We like this hotel and the location. Breakfast is included. Limited choices, but the food is very good. The staff is helpful and cheerful. The rooms are spacious and we enjoy the patio that looks over the pool area.
We've stayed here before and were looking forward to our visit. Our only complaint is the noise. The pool is nice to hang out, but the music was too loud. There were only about 6 of us at the pool the entire time of our stay, but the music was blaring. We had to ask them to turn it down twice, they'd turn it down, then gradually turn it back up.
Also, this visit we could hear more music around the hotel until early morning hours. There are several more bars and restaurants in the area than the last time we visited. I suspect that's where the music was coming from.

$50 DAILY PET FEE

Within theist year I have stayed at the Medano for multiple days.
I now only stay for one night if I am bringing my 10 pound, 9 year old dog. If my stay in Cabo is longer I move to a different hotel. Typically Casa Dorado. It becomes more expensive to stay at Medano with a DAILY PET FEE OF $50.
I love the hotel and the employees. Since January I have stayed at least 6 times. However I no longer stay for a week like I used to.

Excellent service and food.

Today I attended with my family to enjoy their day pass, very friendly staff from the lobby area, 100% recommended, they refund 90% on consumption, we ate very well and at the end we still had a percentage left to enjoy in the café, we received excellent service from Rodolfo, he was very attentive and helpful even though he was alone during his shift, it would be good to have two people in the pool area since when it gets crowded it can be complicated for just one person to attend to the area, still Rodolfo did an excellent job, we will definitely return, thank you!
