Great Staff

Everything about this hotel exceeds expectation! It’s in a prime location and food, drink and service is all great. The staff are incredibly attentive and can’t do enough for you, as well as being genuinely nice people. I loved our daily iced vanilla matcha visits to see Alejandro and Perla in nespresso :)

Great coffee drinks

The only disparaging comments I read about this place before coming both proved untrue. There is no nightclub across the street playing loud music until 3 am and the people giving out the pool towels did not try to sell us any excursions. Our barristas, Alejandro and Perla, were both very accommodating and pleasant. They both work at the Nespresso Coffee shop, where we got mochas, lattes, water, cookies, and small sammiches. Everything was delicious and fresh. They both greeted us each time we walked in, remembered our previous orders and asked if we had a different choice, explained the difference between coffee drinks, and took care of

Great vacation

We have stayed at Paradisus Cancun previously but this time many of the employees made our stay more memorable. To name a few our server Atilano at the Blue Agave restaurant was very friendly. Although, it was very busy he took the time to check up on us. Also, Vianney at the pool was very attending with a smile and made conversations with us. Can’t forget the bartender Daniel at the pool. He was very friendly and made very great drinks.

Amazing Family Vacation at Paradisus Cancun

We had a wonderful family stay at Paradisus Cancún! Our concierge, Estephany Gonzalez, was incredible—always quick to respond to our requests and going above and beyond to secure our restaurant reservations and Bali bed. She was consistently patient, kind, and greeted us with a warm smile every day. We would love to work with her again! A special shout-out to the lifeguards, Raul and Carmen, who literally saved our lives. When we were caught in a powerful rip current, they reacted instantly and safely brought us back from open water. We are beyond grateful for their vigilance and brave actions!
