A Relaxing Stay at the nicest hotel in Celestun

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in the Tapir Suite and really enjoyed our stay. The room was large, with a very comfortable king bed, and the A/C was powerful. We also had a view of the ocean and sunsets from our second floor room. It’s undoubtedly the nicest hotel in town.
The hotel grounds are lush, and well maintained. The pool and beach area were both great, and the food and drinks were very good as well. The music they played was perfect. Service was excellent - everybody was attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
One thing we were initially worried about was dinner, since the hotel website says the kitchen closes at 6:30pm and there are not a lot of dining options in town. Thankfully, during our stay the restaurant was open until 9pm every night
Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely return.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Amenities were great, the employees were so kind
Loves the beach, pools and all amenities.
Their playlist with the bossa nova covers made my days more relaxed
Cannot wait to go back and enjoy Totem Beach

We love Tótem Beach Club!

I loved the place! The stay was super comfortable; the staff always treated us very well, everything was clean and suitable for our arrival. The food and cocktails were delicious. Without a doubt, I will return soon.

Expensive for what it is.

The accommodation is very expensive and only includes breakfast. The room, although beautiful, has many flaws. We flooded in the bathroom after a rain; they only leave water in the room, while in other places they at least provide coffee. Insects get into the rooms because the doors are not properly sealed. The room cleaning service is inadequate. There were no towels, soap, robes, or hairdryer; I had to specifically ask for each item. No elevator for the room, going up and down three floors by a narrow external metal staircase with luggage and a child. There are better places for 3000 pesos per night. The only thing worth it here is the beautiful sea and the delicious food service. But as a hotel, it does not offer anything that one for $1000 would not provide.

A comfortable and very nice place

The place is very cool, the food is very delicious, the staff is very friendly, but the room we chose is a bit small.
