Traveling with my pets

Travel with 2 pets. Everything very clean and in order. Pets enjoyed the facilities and gardens of the hotel and the seawall which is literally a few steps away.

Horrible

It is a terrible hotel, not at all what they say on their website. The destination is ugly, always the same, they do not cook the food well, they charge for everything, and they do not clean properly. The beds are not comfortable.

The best location to watch the sunrise.

The best option in Chetumal for resting, a great location next to the boardwalk with a spectacular view and good service.

Hotel filthy

Horrible!!! Dirty and smelly sheets, unbearable smell of mold in the bedroom and huge cockroach found dead under the bedroom desk. The worst hotel I ever made!!!

No food included.

They no longer include breakfast and the price is the same, it was a good option when you go on business and you don't have time to have breakfast elsewhere.
