we, two people (men’s) have been visiting Mexico for 5 nights during Formula 1 race. We were choosing one of this flat, considering 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. It was impossible to sleep on the safe bed. After first night, we are explaining the situation to the administrator and asking for change the room reps. to solve the problem. We did not got any help on our requests, they charged of more than onethousandtwohundred US dollars to us the complete amount even so, we were willing to move to another room/ flat. the communication with them was not fruitful and helpful. Very bad experience.

Stay was great, super close to el zocalo.
Staff was amazing, Cristina was super helpful and kind to us. Srta Mabel was also super kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to stay here

Terrible experience, don't stay here!

First of all, when I arrived at the building in the morning there were homeless people sleeping in front of the entrance, this also happened every day at night.
Second, when I arrived the reception staff couldn't find my reservation, I had to wait on the terrace where the furniture was dirty.
To make matters worse, they charged me double for my stay, I had already made the prepayment that was required of me 2 months before my arrival.
After claiming my refund on several occasions it was only reflected several days later until I had already left the place. While my credit limit was compromised throughout my trip.
The worst thing is that they never even offered me an apology, or any type of compensation, terrible customer service.
And then to top it off the apartment had cockroaches, due to poor cleaning.
Better look for another place for your stay!
